Books for London 
Was first introduced to the idea at the February meetup of the Book Crossing in the Camel and Artichoke in Lower Marsh. Was reminded of it when seeing the book swap shelves at http://www.thelaughinggravy.co.uk/
OK it’s not a tube station but I thought it might be of interest.
