Update: what we’ve been up to at Book Swaps for London

We’ve been busy bees here at Book Swap Towers since winning the #ideas4mayor competition in December. We’ve been meeting with all sorts of fantastic people and groups who are all keen on reading and book swapping in London and the world! We had a great meeting with the folk at READ International who take book swapping to a whole new level and help to educate children in Tanzania by sending them used textbooks from the UK. We’re looking forward to working with them as the London project gets off the ground.

We’re also chatting to some very talented design students about shaping the look and feel of book swaps in London. We hope to be able to share details of this at the meet up on the 31st.
